I'm planning a good old fashioned family Christmas - no turkey for me though - as a non-meat eater I will be cooking up one of my favourite dishes a really delicious mushroom pate en-croute - goes brilliantly with all the trimmings! I'll be quickly back into wedding mode though for Terry & Helen's day 29th Dec who are getting married at Redworth Hall near Darlington - some images to follow!
